Dr. Morgan Nolte is a passionate
board-certified clinical specialist in geriatric physical therapy.
She’s the founder of Weight Loss for Health, an online course,

Rachel Gregory is a
Board-Certified Nutritionist, Strength and Conditioning Specialist,
