In this episode, we chat all about exogenous ketones, ‘the keto diet vs. the drink,’ fuel supplementation for performance, benefits of a higher protein ketogenic approach, and more!

"I have changed my mind pretty significantly through self experimentation. But even from a clinical research realm, you can incorporate a higher protein macronutrient ratio, and still be following a ketogenic diet by definition of having elevated ketones." Dr. Dominic D'Agostino

"A lot of people think keto is so restrictive. But if you use it in smart ways and you incorporate it into the different seasons of your life, it can be super beneficial, and you can still kind of get the best of both worlds." Rachel Gregory
